Weekend Market is a platform for “selling & buying” used / new/ unwanted and old items and much more.

Seller Information

At Weekend Market you can enjoy selling / buying:
*Used /preloved Items: toys, books, electronics, clothes, shoes, kitchen appliances & equipment, accessories, games, household items…etc
*New Items.
* Art & Craft.
* Handmade items (except food & skin products).
* Antiques.
* New business Entrepreneurs are welcome to join us.

Not allowed:
* Food, Medicine & pets.
* Fake / Counterfeit items.

How to book with us

3 Steps to book your stand

1

Select Venue & Stand

* Download our App free of charge from Apple store or Play store.
* select the venue & date.
* You will find a floor plan of the venue showing the Stand’s location.
*Each stand will have a number.
* Select the stand number you want (you can choose 1 or more).

Payment

* The charges are 270 AED per stand.
* Agree with Weekend’ Market Terms & Conditions.
* You will be directed to the payment page.
* The payment will be by Debit / Credit card.
  * Once the payment is done a booking confirmation will be sent to your email.

Booking Confirmation

*You will receive in addition a QR code from the App.
* The confirmation will have the following details: Date, venue, stand number(s) you have selected, the amount you have paid.
* The QR code: to scan it once you arrive to the venue.
* Our team will assist you scanning the QR code at the registration desk.
* We will give you 2 wristbands for each booking.
* After you may go directly to your selected stand’s number to start your set up.

Kindly note:

* Once the booking is made and confirmed you cannot change it.
* Day of the event: It is strictly not allowed to change neither the table number nor its location.

Terms & Conditions

We will provide you 3 x 3 tents to give you enough space for arranging your items in addition with 1 table, 2 chairs and table cover.
Only 2 vendors per stand.
You may arrange your stand the way you want but you need to follow couple of rules & tips:
Do Not exceed your stand space.
Everything must be placed inside.
Table needs to look clean & well arranged: the presentation of your items will allow you to attract customers.
Do not place the items randomly around the table or on the floor: everything should be in boxes.
You are allowed to have only 1 clothe's racks (150 cm length max) for each stand.
Kindly watch your stand; we are not responsible for any damage or loss.
After selling, kindly clean your stand and keep the unwanted things in a bag or a box, you can either take it with you or simply throw it in the trash bin.
Any vendor will leave his table uncleaned will get a warning letter from Weekend Market Management. The 2nd warning, he/she will be banned from all our events.
Not allowed to collect funds for charities.
Not allowed to sale fake items.
Not allowed to sell pets.

Not allowed to sell alcoholic / tobacco products.
Any company would like to join for any marketing, promotion or advertisement purposes in our events must contact us to get writing approval.
For the F&B or Kid’s entertainment kindly contact us to discuss the details, fees and the procedure to get the approval to join us.

"United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile" and stipulate that the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.
''Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment''
''We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE''
'Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website''
'Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules''
''User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account''

Cancellation & Refund:

* Any request of cancellations must be made in writing to: info@weekend-market.com , max 48 hours prior the event.
* Before 48 hours the refund will be 150 dhs per stand.
* Collection of the refund will be confirmed via email.
* After 48 hours the refund will not be applicable.
* You can have the option to shift your booking only once to any upcoming event for the period of 30 days from your booking’s date. You need to send us email to: info@weekend-market.com , to get the shifting confirmation.
* Kindly note that without our reply to your request, it will not be acceptable. In addition it won’t be the same table number you have booked. It will depend on the availability.
